Create a Payment Record

Every time you pay your employee a salary / wage, you MUST give them a pay slip.  The pay slip must contain specific information.

By using our service, you can create a pay slip and pay your employee.  You can pay your employee in any way, but we recommend paying them via the mobile wallet available in the app.  This creates a payment record that matches the pay slip you created.

Your employee can buy, spend, and transfer money from the mobile wallet for FREE*.  They even withdraw cash from thousands of stores at a fee comparable to an ATM SASWITCH fee (charged by the stores).

*The first 5 transfers to bank accounts are free, thereafter charged at R1.90 (excl VAT) per transaction.
