Get a Mobile Wallet

The MiVoice mobile wallet is like a bank account, but with NO transaction costs.  This means we do not charge you anything for using your own money!

Your employer pays money into your wallet.  In the app, you can use the money in your wallet to:

•  Buy pre-paid airtime, data and bundles for any mobile network – ZERO transaction cost.
•  Create shopping vouchers to spend at thousands of stores across South Africa – ZERO transaction cost.
• Any unspent money on a voucher can be returned to your wallet – ZERO transaction cost. Click here to see where you can spend with our vouchers.

• Transfer money to any South African bank account – ZERO transaction cost for the first 5 transfers.
• Withdraw cash at Boxer, Pick n Pay, Checkers, Shoprite and U-Save. These stores charge a transaction fee, just like a SASWITCH fee at an ATM.  MiVoice charges ZERO transaction cost for withdrawals.

If you receive an invitation from your employer to use MiVoice, download and install the DATA FREE mobile app and register.  In the app, look for the red S button at the top of the screen to contact our support.
